Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  It will take 3-7 business days to receive your order once the order has been shipped, depending on your location.  1-3 weeks on orders to Canada.

There may be delays during the holiday season.

Shipping Rates

U.S.

United States: Free Standard Shipping to the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). 

Alaska: $29.00 Standard Shipping. 

Hawaii: $29.00 Standard Shipping.

CANADA

Canada: $18.00 USD Standard Shipping (excluding Quebec).

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Canadian customs processing.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@lecarr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada (excluding Quebec).

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn and unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be provided with a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at care@lecarr.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
